About Instinct
Instinct is an AI personal assistant that, according to its official site, understands what the user is working on and what matters to them. It has no app interface of its own: the user texts or calls it, and it can use a phone and a computer the same way a person does. Examples listed on the site include ordering ingredients for a recipe, booking a train trip, ordering groceries, sending flowers and finding a sports court.
In the episode of the Invest Like The Best podcast, host Patrick O'Shaughnessy interviews Noah Shinn, CEO of Instinct. The video description says users interact with the agent by text, voice and email, and lists the episode chapters on use cases, travel and reservations, trust and personal data, the business model and growth.
