About the Muse launch and Muse for Small Business
Muse is the personal AI agent Meta introduced on September 8, 2026, powered by Muse Spark, a Meta model built for agent work. According to Meta's newsroom, Muse began rolling out in the United States on iOS, Android and the web at muse.ai, can also be used directly in WhatsApp, and is coming to Meta's AI glasses. Each Muse runs on Muse Secure VM, a dedicated cloud computer with its own browser, and Meta says it does not share a person's conversations or the data in that VM with Meta's ad systems; people can also opt out of their interactions being used to train Meta's AI models.
On September 29, 2026, Meta announced Muse for Small Business, which connects Instagram professional account analytics, Facebook Pages and Meta ad accounts, plus tools such as Asana, Canva, Notion, Shopify, Slack, Stripe and Zoom. In that announcement Meta said Muse was available in the United States and Canada, and that nothing publishes, sends or spends without the user's approval.
