This is the only video you will ever need to understand Claude and build agents using Claude. Welcome to our chief AI officer playlist from the cutting edge school where we will teach you how to think and work like a chief AI officer for your company or your clients. Do not forget to click on the subscribe button so that you can learn from all the upcoming episodes of this course. We'll take an example of a real brand, Go Zero, a brand that sells guilt-free ice cream, and show you how you can act as their chief AI officer, and how you can use Claude to analyze their sales, identify new retail opportunities, create marketing campaigns, automate repetitive tasks, and help their business grow. Okay guys, quick update. We have also taught Hyperframes in the same tutorial because a lot of you said that Hyperframes is available for free for motion graphics. So make sure you watch the video till the end because we've taught everything you need to know about using any model in this way using clot but basically use any model to edit videos using hyperframes. If you document your notes in the comment section of this video without using AI you will stand a chance to win a 24,000 rupees scholarship from the cutting edge academy. Details are in the description. So without further ado let's get started. Most people think that Claude is the name of the actual AI, but it's not. This is a fundamental gap. Chad GPT is not the name of the AI. Gemini is not the name of the AI. These are apps that allow you to access a family of different large language models. Claude is also a family of different LLMs developed by Enthropic. These models are the actual AI. Now, the Claude ecosystem has multiple features. We have claude chat which is the basic chatbot that allows you to talk to all their models. Then we have claude artifacts that allows you to build basic apps and prototypes. This is very similar to say the canvas mode of Gemini or GPT sites or grog build. Claude code allows you to do coding debugging and basic automation. And claude co-work allows claude to take access of your own computer and literally do things for you. Now when you use claude you get access to multiple models. So on the very top of the hierarchy we have Claude Fable 5.1. This is hands down the most powerful reasoning model for extremely complicated work. Then there is Claude Opus 5.5 which is very expensive but still very strong. And then we have Claude Sonnet 5.5 the recommended model for daily tasks. Now why do you need to learn about this? When you pay $20 to claude, you get specific credits. If you keep using the most expensive models, you will exhaust your credit limit and that's a big big problem, especially when you do this for professional work. So, usually we recommend that you use Haiku, which is Haiku 5.5. It is the fast cheapest model for high volume tasks because then you will save a lot of time. If you're just asking basic questions, if you're building something fantabulous, then maybe Opus is a good choice. There's also Claude Mythos 5.1 which is a specialized model meant for security users. Now Enthropic themselves say that Fable 5.1 and Mythos 5.1 are the same underlying model but they have offered Mythos with different safeguards and different access conditions. So you will never really see MythOS on your app because Mythos is not a normal consumer model that everyone can select. An easy way to understand the differences is that let's just say that you're running a company and you've hired a bunch of people. Haiku is going to be your fast assistant that can handle thousands of mini many straightforward requests. Sonnet is the generalist with 2 to three years of experience that can handle most daily work. Opus is the experienced VP, the specialist who costs a lot more and you can only use it for difficult projects. And fable is like the ultimate CTO CEO level specialist that you reserve only for extremely challenging one-time problems, you know, because you need to justify that additional time and cost. Now, all four models currently have a 1 million token context window. Context window means how much they can remember in conversation. Now, this context window is twice as much as Grog 4.7's 500,000 token limit. Now tokens are basically small parts of a word. When AI reads a word, it doesn't really read like us. It breaks down a word into smaller tokens. And this token limit is super important because if you are making an agent for long horizon tasks, if you have a shorter token window, the chances of hallucination go really high. Now when it comes to claude, you need to understand three important technical ideas. MCP, computer use, and sub aents. If you understand these three technical concepts from a theoretical standpoint, you are already ahead of 50 to 60% of AI users in the world. Let's start with MCP. One of the anthropics most valuable creations has been MCP, which basically stands for model context protocol. When we used the type-C cable, the type-C cable now works for an Android phone and an iPhone as well. But earlier, everybody had their own charging cable. So, you had USB 3.0, to the Apple iPhones had the lightning cable. In general, it was just very difficult to connect things together. MCP solves for something very similar for the AI world. And Enthropic introduced this, I think in November 2024, as a simple way of connecting AI applications to external tools or external databases. But didn't we already have APIs? Because API used to do the same as well. The process of API has now been simplified with just a click. It's as simple as that. I'll tell you the core problem statement. Imagine every electronic gadget that you have in your house suddenly requires a different plug point, a different charging cable. Every phone having a different charging port. You'd have to carry so many wires and so many connectors. So to make life easy, MCP lets you standardize this connection between AI apps and any other app that you might be using. So let's just say you want Claude to speak to your Blender. You want Claude to speak to Adobe After Effects. You want Claude to get data from Salesforce or Meta Ads. If Claude is not inside of Salesforce, if Claude is not inside of Meta Ads, you can at least create a bridge between them. This bridge is something that MCP creates for you. So instead of building an entirely custom connection for every model for every service, the entire development community can use this common protocol called MCP. Now MCP is open source. So every AI app in the world even beyond claude has MCP features. So if you have say Hicksfield and you want to use Hicksfield with an intelligent AI model, you can connect your Hicksfield to your Claude also and if your Claude credits get over, you can switch to your Chad GPT. If your Chad GPT credits get over, you can switch to Gemini because all three will allow you to connect to Hicksfield. Another massive contribution by Enthropic was actually its work on computer use. They actually showed people how computer use can scale. Older AIs before computer use was created, older AIs could only chat. So you could send a message and ask them to do things for you or maybe have a virtual machine that we used to saw in Manis. But in 2024, Claude could take and literally read your screen. It could watch your screen and it would take screenshots of the screen and decide where to move a cursor. So it can't watch your video technically. It can't watch your screen. It takes screenshots, decides where to move the cursor and where to click and basically help you work on your apps. Today, almost every AI app in the world has enabled computer use. You know, Perplexity did it very well. Their entire concept is now around computer use for enterprises. Chat GP codeex allows you to use computer use. Now, Claude has also taken it to the next level. So every AI app now has this computer use feature where the agent can watch your screen and take decisions on your behalf. When you connect claude through an API, everything happens in the back end. But when you use computer use, you can actually see the cursor move. There is another way to use AI where you use a virtual machine which is something that Manis used to do which is something that Gemini Spark is also doing where the AI creates a fake computer for that specific session. So it never takes access of your computer. It actually creates a mini simulation inside of your computer and you can basically use both. In general, for enterprises and professional organizations, computer use is usually blocked because you have too many valuable things on your computer. But if you're a personal consumer and you have the model training turned off, which is a recommendation we give to everyone, Enthropic says that it has all the certifications, all of the security checks available to make sure that your computer use is secure for day-to-day work and personal productivity. Concept number three is about sub agents and parallel work. When you ask something to claude, you're talking to one AI and it's one person looking at you. But Claude co-work can split a large project into smaller smaller tasks and create agents that can solve those smaller smaller tasks in parallel. For example, let's just say that you're preparing a business strategy. Now when you make a business strategy, there are multiple things. Now you can either do multiple things in sequence or you can do some part of that work in parallel as well. So for example, you might need one agent to analyze your customers, another to examine competitors and these things can happen in parallel. They're not sequential. Another agent can be created to prepare different plans or scenarios. So then you have to become an architect of agentic workflows where you say that analyzing my previous customers and finding new ideas from competition will happen in parallel and that branch will come together and then the next sequence is that we will create an action plan. So there has to be a workflow that combines those results into one solution. All of this will happen through the concept of sub aents. So this entire sub agent concept resembles to how a boss or a manager would delegate work amongst interns and specialists. So maybe for customer analysis even an intern is good enough but for finding context in your competition you will hire a better model. So are you understanding how the stuff is happening right now? We take a human workflow. We figure out what will happen in parallel, what will happen in sequence and for each of these agents, what level of technology should we deploy? Because you will never use a fable 5.1 for a task which is just looking at numbers and making sense of numbers. But in each of these cases, as we have always said on this channel, AI results will always be your baseline and never the finish line. And you always and always need to follow the shape framework that we've taught from day one. Be system oriented. Practice human in the loop. Always remember arbitrage. Product is no longer a mode and stay employable. The full article is in the description. But the bottom line is whatever AI gives you has to be the first draft and not the last draft. So now that you have some understanding, let's deep dive into the actual building process. So now Rohuck from our research and development team at the cutting edge school will take you through the stepby-step process on how you use Claude, how do you build these agents and if you're planning to become an AI consultant and if you're planning to become the chief AI officer or the digital transformation officer of your organization, this will help you how to not just get started but to truly bring digital transformation in your company end to end. So, Rohawk, the stage is all yours. Thank you, Anj. Now, in this video, I'm going to show you how you can go from a complete beginner of claude to actually using it to create agents, automating your workflows, and even create AI powered workflows and apps inside it. So, let's get started. So, the first question is what is Claude? Claude is the conversational AI assistant created by the company known as Enthropic and it is a multimodel assistant which means that it can answer based on text based on images and using all the external tools as well which I will be teaching you in this video. Now before we get started let me teach you the first step of using any kind of AI model. This is the framework known as AI fluency framework and it enables you to work with the AI at its maximum efficiency and with maximum effort. So the first thing is delegation which is setting goals and deciding whether when and how to engage with AI and it's your responsibility to decide what job of your work can be delegated and what should be taken by a human being. The second one is description. We all know that the more descriptive you are with any AI model or claude the better it becomes. The level of your context directly defines your level of your output from the AI model. Third one is discernment. After the AI model gives you the output, what is your ability to judge the output? What is your expertise level in that field? For example, if I go to AI and ask anything about medical science, I might not be able to judge the answer properly. But if I ask anything related to AI or any field that I already know, I might be able to judge it properly. So, it's very important for you to also keep upskilling yourself. And the last one is diligence, which is how securely you have to use AI. You do not need to enter your personal information or any kind of OTPs or APIs directly in the chat. And I'll come to best practices later in this video as well. And trust me, if you remember these 4D framework, then you'll have the best output from claude and all other AI models as well. So the first step is how to use claude or how to actually access claude. So for that what I'll do is I'll simply go to my web and type in claude. After going to claude.ai, AI. This is the interface that I see. You see there's an option to create your account. There are certain check boxes that you need to enable and then click on create account. Then it asks you how are you planning to use claude. For personal use or for with my team for your case it can be personal use. And then this is our pricing plan. We have a free plan for Claude, a pro plan and the max plan. The pro plan is what gives you the maximum amount of features and the max plan is what gives you higher limits and priority access but you can actually get started with a free plan for now. So you can use claude for free and then it also asks you to download the application. Now what is the basic difference between the web version of claude and the app version of claude? There is one difference which is attaching your folders. So if you are working with claude on your app which is downloaded on your system, you can actually attach your local folders and use the intelligence of claude within it. So I'll also click on download for Mac OS. And now the download has started. I'll click on install later. And then it asks me before we first chat these are all the settings that you need to enable or disable. So what does this help improve our models which means that do you want claw to actually use your data to train its own model? This is for the privacy settings. You can toggle this off if you don't want Enthropic or Claw to use your data for training. And it's always better to toggle this off. Then I'll click on continue. And then I'll enter my name. Continue again. It says what kind of work do you do? I'll select software engineer. And then I'll ask it to test my function or I can have my own topic. And now I am in. This is your first claw chart. This is how the interface looks like. On the left navigation bar, you can see there are multiple settings and features. We have projects, artifacts, code, and customize. Now, code is not available on a free plan, but I'll cover code in this video as well on a different account. So, in this text box that you see, you can enter your prompt. Now, whenever I say prompt, I mean instructions. Now, these are your commands to claude or instructions that are referred to as prompts. And these prompts have their own pricing and tokens. But what is pricing and what is token? Let's take a simple word of entrepreneurship. Now entrepreneurship is a single word for human beings. But for Claude, it can be divided into multiple tokens. Which means that a pair of four characters is one token approximately. So now entrepreneurship is around four to five tokens. And Claude actually charges you based on the amount of token used. Now if you watch closely there's a icon to speak also and there's a direct voice mode inside claude as well. So let's say that you don't want to type and get all the answers in the form of text. You can directly have a call with Claude inside itself and it is multimodel AI. So it can answer you based on the text prompts and voice prompts both. On the bottom left you can see there is a icon for your account in which you see settings, language, get help, upgrade plan, get apps and extension and learn more. Let's go to settings and see what all settings we have on our free account. On general, we have all the settings like theme, language, style, notification. If I go to account, I can actually change my name. I can also refer to what Claude can call me. And there are instructions for Claude as well. Now, these instructions will help you define how Claude will answer you. So which means that if I ask claude to give me all the answers that I ask in pointers then it will explain me everything in pointers instead of giving me those long paragraphs that usually claude gives. So I can directly say always give the responses in pointers wherever possible and that is it. I can click on save changes and now these instructions will be followed across each and every chat inside my cloud. Then we also have settings for privacy billing capabilities and memory. Now memory is how claude remembers you. Every chat you do across claude can be kept in the memory so that you can refer to it later. Let's say that you are working on a project and after some time you want to refer to the brainstorming session that you did with Claude. So for that you can always toggle this on so that Claude actually remembers you and your work. Then we have reflect. Now because this is a completely new account there is nothing on reflect. So this is how reflect looks. You have your most active day, your peak working hours and the number of conversations. Now as you go throughout your account day by day, these statistics will change. And then you have time and focus along with clot code which is the paid feature which helps you create multiple coding apps and also help you build AI applications that you can use for your work. Now I'll also show you a very cool feature from Anthropics. So if you go to memory, there is an option to import memory from other AI providers. And now because we know that claude has pretty good models that can actually get your work done on the automation basis. You can actually choose your previous AI providers and then import a complete context memory to it. So if you click on start import it will give you the prompt that you need to enter on your AI platforms and then everything that you get from there can be pasted here and then claude will know each and everything that you have been working on with those previous models as well and it helps you migrate from your previous AI providers to claude. So now if on the same project you want to use the expertise of claude you can directly have the context here as well and then use all these models simultaneously. So these were all the things related to settings but if you watch closely there is skill connectors and plugins as well which I'll be describing later in this video because this is what makes your claude an expert level assistant. So let's exit these settings for now and actually start using claude so that we can know the capability of claude. So if you click on this plus icon you can see there's an option to upload or attach files. You can also add a screenshot. You can click on project. Project is nothing but a shared context memory of your documents which means that instead of having different conversations you can have a project which is the folder inside claude and everything that you ask or ask it to remember can be kept around their environment only. So let's say that I am working on a app prototype and name it ABC. So if I have a folder of ABC everything that I do stays inside ABC and cloud does not refer to my any other personal applications or jet. So now because we have understood how the platform looks, we can directly go to a new chat and you can see there's an option to select between chat and co-work. Co-work is just the enhanced version of chat. You can ask it to point cloud at any folder of your application of on your system. It runs in background while you do other things and cloud also checks in when it needs your input which means that a personal assistant for you that can work across your system and folders. and co-work is also available on all the paid plans. So now I'm on the desktop version and I have switched to the paid model so that you know each and every capability of cloud and actually learn each and everything about it in this video. So now on the left navigation bar there are few more settings that we get. In this you can see we have a schedule task, a dispatch, design and few more. And in the prompt box I also get an option to select my project or attach my folder that is available on my local files. Now this is the functionality that is not available on the web version and it means that if you have any local Excel files or PDFs that you want to attach, you can directly use it and attach your files. On the right side you also get options to select your model. Now, Fablel, Opus, Sonnet, HiQ are different LLM models from Claude. Now, what is LLM? LLMs are large language models that are actually giving you the output. Which means that Claude is not your model. These are your LLM models. So, Fable is your most complex model made for your most complex task, followed by Opus, followed by Sonnet and a least effective model known as Haiku. This is only for question and answers. So if you are trying to build something in 3D, you are actually making a game or making something complex, fable is what you should go with. If you are performing any kind of data analysis or any complex work from your day-to-day task, you should choose opus. And for any type of task that you do on the daily basis and which is a normal task, you should use sonnet. Now for most of the examples that I'm going to show you today, we are going to use sonnet because it takes less time and less tokens. And then you also get an option to select your effort level. In most of the cases, medium effort level works. But if you're working with your large data set, then you should go with extra or max. And if you go to more models, you can see all the models that Claude has released before. So let's say if I go to claude and ask it what are the latest tech and AI trends going on in the market and then I simply click on enter. Let's see what answer it gives me along with set. Now Claude has the ability to do the web research for you and also scrape multiple websites for you to give you the answer. Now we always have to assume that if you are brainstorming or anything you're not the first one which means that other people out there have already discovered it which means that clot can go and find it for you. So these are all the updates that has been searched by claude for me. You have updates from Frontier model, agents everywhere, hardware updates and this helps me define my research in a much better way which means that I can get up early in the morning and get to know what is going on with the competitor, what all other people are searching for and actually get my brand increased. So it was able to find all these sources using the web research. And if I scroll to the top, you can see that it says searched on the web. So if I go to a new chat now there is an actual option to help me select the memory as well as the web search and if you want a more deeper search you can simply click on this research option and then it will find each and every website for you everything related to your brand and will give you the direct answer. So let's do this with an example. We'll take any brand for example Go Zero and we'll see what our other competitors doing and for this example we will be using the research mode inside claude and I'll tell you the difference that it makes when using research. Now let's say that I am the chief AI officer at go zero and now I actually want to figure out what are my competitors doing what is going on in the market in the space of guilt-free ice creams. So I can simply select this research and then ask Claude directly that hi Claude, we have a brand known as Go Zero. We make guilt-free ice creams. Now I want you to do the search for me and tell me what competitors are doing in this area and how is this industry changing? Are there any new advancement that I should be adopting with my brand and give me a very detailed report. Now just by the simple prompt and the additional feature of research, let's see what Claude gives us. Now most of the people use claude without enabling this research part and they always end up scraping the wrong websites, searching through the wrong websites or the model hallucinating because it never can go to your competitor's website and figure out what is working for them unless and until it has the higher capability and you can see that instead of a normal chat it has now given me this widget which says that 83 sources and counting which means that within 5 to 10 seconds claude was able to go through 80 plus websit for me to figure out whatever is working for my competitor and actually do the market research for me. And now it's 150 plus. And this actually changes how you adapt with AI models because claude can always help you research better using this feature. But your ability to decide what is going to work for you always remains yours. And if you are wondering if you can restrict cla to a particular website or a set of websites, then you can do it too. You simply go to your prompt and say that only these are the websites that I want you to go through and it will only refer to those instead of going to each and every website and finding irrelevant information sometimes. So it was able to go to blinket text xn cbins inits.com wikipedia and now it is researching the product level data for price size calories claims sweeteners channels and everything. Even if my prompt was not so much detailed but using that additional option of research have enabled claude to go through each and every competitor and tell me exactly what is working for them. Now after working for 6 minutes it has given me a very detailed report. Let's see what this is about. So it says go zero competitive industry intelligence report October 2026. It says that this is still the scale leader in Indian guilt-free ice cream. But let's see the competitive position where the industry is going, what to do, the key findings, growth, funding, channel concentration, product reality check from blinket and open food facts, which means that it was able to go through reviews of each and every online listing platform and it has also given me the marketing pivot. Now let's talk about Indian competitor landscape. It has selected Amul as the competitor quality walls, noto getaway and few more and it has given us a very detailed description of how these brands are different from ours and a detailed report of where I should pivot to and it has also included global reference players so that I can take reference to what is working for the global industries and this includes all the brands a complete detailed report end to end for me and the best part about claude is that You don't have to download this report. You can simply click on publish. It gives you a sharable link. You can click on publish and then you can share this with your co-founders, your team and they'll work on it next. And this was done in just 6 minutes. Assume the ability of all the researchers in your team how it can be impacted using this particular feature from Claude directly. And now instead of using claude as just the chat feature to only ask questions and get answers back, you are actually doing the job with it. You are asking it to research for your brand, do the market and competitor analysis. So now you are one step ahead than the normal public. Now let me show you the power of co-work inside cloud. So if I go to the new chat now co-work and chat are now merged together inside cloud application. I can go to project or folder. I'll toggle this site navigation off. I'll go to add folder and and then I'll select desktop. After selecting desktop, I'll click on allow so that it can access my desktop. And before I show you this demo, let me show you how my desktop currently looks. Every file, everything is completely scattered. What I'll do, I'll go to claude and say, help me organize my desktop folder-wise. And that is it. Now you'll see that claude will take access of my system will go through each and every file and have everything inside customized folder made specifically for me. Now the reason why I'm showing you this demo is that let's say that you have your folders PDFs and files available locally which means that it cannot be deployed to cloud because of security reasons. You can directly use claw to work inside your own system and it will do the intelligent work for you without ever exiting your local system. So the chat version on web is not able to do this. That is why we have downloaded this app version. And if you are working on the app version, you are already ahead than 20 to 30% of the audience using clot. So it has now organized everything. It says that I moved everything into these folders. Let me just crossverify once. And this is how my system looks right now. Every file dumped down into each and every folder. Now I can also ask it to format everything and have everything line by line. But let's skip that part for now because you already know the possibility. Now so far we have covered all the basic features of clot. Now it's time for us to move a step ahead. Now I'm going to give you the superpower to create dashboards inside claude without even coding. So if you go to your left navigation bar, there is an option to select artifacts. But what are artifacts? These are interactive elements that you can create with claude. You can create docs, slides, you can create a design as well as dashboards. Now every company works on multiple data points and they always need dashboards to prove anything, prove all the numbers and even present this to their team. So let me teach you how you can create a dashboard or the artifact within cloud itself. So if I click on dashboard, let's take the simple example. I have multiple departments under my organization and I want to create a unified dashboard so that they can collaborate with each other and I actually get the visibility of what is going on in each department whether it's sales, whether it's marketing and I want to see all the numbers in the form of a visual dashboard. So I can directly go to this message and enter this prompt. Now this is the prompt that I have created for my brand. But you can use the same prompt and change the company along with all the features that are expected for the claude to give. And we'll also be sharing all these prompts and everything in the description. After entering the prompt, I'll simply click on enter. And now Claude is working for me. This is like having a digital assistant or your developer that will create this dashboard for you in front of you. And now you can see that Claude is asking few questions for me. It says that I can't find the go zero MIS report or the five linked sheets that I have mentioned. How should I proceed? I'll say that I'll attach the files later. I can say to use the drives fill gaps as demo or point me to the files in drive or I can also skip this but I'll say that use drive files for now. And if I have any files on my drive, claude will go to it. It will find that folder and file and use the data accordingly. This is known as connector. Now by the time this is building this dashboard, let me teach you what skills and connectors are inside claude. So if you go to the left navigation bar after artifacts, there is an option to customize your claude. Now this is like giving superpowers to your claude account. You have skills and connectors. Let me first explain what connectors are. Connectors are your work applications that can be connected to cloud. Let's say my team works on Google Drive, Gmail, calendar and few more tools. I can simply go to claude and connect each and everyone like this. Let me show you how the connection actually works. So I'll simply disconnect this Gmail for now because this was connected for me. And I get an option to connect with claude. If I select connect to claude, it opens up a new tab on my browser. I click on continue connecting. And that is it. I simply select my account and then claude will be connected to my Gmail account. And it also asks me all the settings that it will have over my email so that I can also choose that and toggle it off if I don't want it to send an email or to draft an email. So these are all the tools that are being accessed by Gmail. You can see that it can forward, get message, get thread, list filters, list labels, reply to threads, label threads and a much more. And if I click on show all, these are all the tools that can be accessed by claude over your Gmail. which means that I can ask it to create a filter, create a draft, send an email, but everything needs my approval. And similarly, you can do it for Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs and every other work tool that you or your team uses. Before this, people used to use Claude by attaching the files. So, if you go to your Google or Word document, you simply attach the file by downloading it from there and then uploading it into your chat. But this costs you a lot because this takes up too much tokens. What if Claude is directly able to go to your Google drive, access those docs and directly use it within chat? This is the power of connectors. And if you click on add connectors, you can add your custom connectors as well, which is MCP. What is MCP? Now, MCP is model context protocol. For any application that you are not able to see in this list down, you can have the MCP search for and then use it directly. And you also get an option to select all the top connectors. If I go to show all these are the complete list. So let's say that you want to find leads for your business. You have al leads. You have framework for website development. You have hexfield as well. You have meta mcp which means that if you are running multiple ads on your account or your brand you can monitor that as well. We'll come to a very interesting demo of meta ads mcp at the end of this video. You have salesforce you have google drive you have google calendar. each and every work application that you connect with claw, you increase the ability of your digital assistant to work across your application and collaborate with your team members. Now, if you have already understood connectors, what are skills? So, skills are just reusable instructions for you and your team. Which means that if I have a long prompt, let's say that I'm doing the market research for my brand. And if I have only five rules in the market research, then I can directly list down those five rules and instead of me entering those five rules again and again while I'm doing this research, I can package that and convert it into a skill. This skill works with a simple slash command. So whenever I am going to claude again for my market research, I can directly enter /market research skill and my brand or name that I want to do the research on. No need for me to enter a long prompt. And you also get multiple skills created by claude itself. Which means that if I go to engineering or operations or small business, let's take an example of small business. You have multiple skills. So if I go to skills, let's say that you have a skill for ad management. If I click on ad management, this is the description. And if I go to contents, this is how detailed the prompt is. So this is just a long prompt converted into a direct slash command of ad manager. So whenever I go to my cloud chat and type in /ad manager, everything that is written here directly gets called inside my skill. Same goes for building agent building connectors. There is a Canva creator skill as well which means that if I go to content the skill handles a campaign in five sequential stages. Now imagine if you had to write this in a prompt this will take around a day for you to figure out all the rules and all the expected outcome from claude. But now you can directly go to your claude chat and simply enter these/comands and every long prompt will be in your context. So let me also tell you what plug-in is. Plug-in is nothing but a collection of skills as well as connectors. So let's say that your department has created five skills and you have two connectors. So the combination of this can be called as a plug-in. Let's see the update on our artifact for now. And this is our artifact. You can see that I have multiple departments. We have finance, marketing, sales, HR, admin and leadership. Now because we have taken a demo brand and all these numbers are also random numbers that we have created with a demo file. But imagine if you had your actual numbers. Every AI engineer or the chief AI officer in every organization is required to do all these operations. Which means that your primary role is to figure out what is being done manually. What are the things where AI can help you optimize your workflows and save your team's time so that you can actually work on the product or the actual decisions that are being made in the organization. And within minutes it was able to figure out from all my files what are the net sales by platform discount as percent of MRP receivables by age. It has also given me everything in card format as well. If I go to marketing and sales you can see everything. If I go to HR you have headcount open roles sales executive with leads. If I go to admin I see all the operations from admin. This is my stock variance. You know that whenever you are stalking these are actual numbers and codes that you actually see. Imagine if I can upload all of my files, all of my PDFs, all of my work data inside claude or on my drive and ask it to create a visual dashboard for me that I can refer to each and every day in the morning. It becomes much more easier for me to scale my brand and actually get started with my team operations. And just by that once you have created this you can go to share you can select only people invited or anyone with the link and you can click on share publicly so that your team can access it. You simply copy this link, go to your browser and now this is the sharable dashboard that you have created. It's kind of a website that you can share with your team members. They can actually see the changes, make the changes and it is completely live which means that if I change anything on my drive or any folder, it will get reflected to this dashboard. So this is how you create dashboards inside cloud. Now because you have understood artifacts, it's time for you to go a step ahead. This is where you actually use skills as well as connectors. So if I go to cloth skills by going to customize and finding skills, you can see that I have skills for each and every department. I can also create a new skill for myself or I can use the most installed skill from the library. And these are all the departments that I see. You have tickets, you have reference dogs, you have APIs. If I click on show all 57, there is a very interesting marketing skills, operation skills as well. Now let me show you a demo of skills as well as connectors. Let's say we have multiple inquiries coming up for our new product and what is it about and how it works. I can directly go to claude and say help me create a skill because I want to automate my customer support with the help of a skill so that I can give you the direct information over the email as the connector and it says that it will now help me create the skill. So now Claude is asking what should this skill do? Let's say that I want each and every inquiry coming to me, each and every support ticket coming to me replied to over the email. So I can directly go to my website and let's go to go zero ice cream website. Simply pick this website. I'll directly copy the URL and it's always better to give the context of your website and say that this is my website. I want to create a skill that can answer any question based on my product that are coming over my email over the inquiries. So now each and every time I get a new inquiry for me, I'm not asking claude to go through my website, find me the answer or go through my documents. I'll simply call this skill. It will create a reply draft for me and my team can directly send it after reviewing it. So now Claude is asking me few more relevant questions. But what I can say that this information is fine for now. Simply create a skill and it should always create a draft email. So now you can see that after finding every information it has given me the skill file which says go zero inquiry replies. I can save this skill. My team can directly use it and every time I get a new email I can directly call the skill. Let's do a simple example for go zero inquiry replies. I'll start a new chat and I'll enter slash go zero inquiry replies and I'll say run this and check if I have any inquiries over my email. Now see how I am not defining that it has to go through my website and documents to find the answer. how I'm not defining that it has to create my reply draft. It will do each and everything by itself and that is it. I'll simply click on enter and let's see if instead of a long prompt a simple skill command works. See in the connectors it is now using my Gmail in the skills it is using go zero inquiry replies to give the direct answer. So this is a very simple demo mail that I have messaged myself just for this demo. And let's see it says that you have one unread go zero inquiry and I have drafted a reply which means that if I go to my Gmail go to drafts there is always a reply ready for me. It says hi there thank you for writing to us and your interest in go zero. These are all the items that we offer. A completely detailed response for a very simple query. My team can directly review this and I can directly send this ahead. And this is the power of using claude with connectors and skills. Now what if I tell you that you don't even have to call this skill manually. This is the next step of using claude. This is the step where you make everything automated and you have the draft ready before even you start your day. Now let me show you how you can convert each and everything into automated replies or draft creations so that your team can directly review that draft whenever they join their day. So I can directly go to claude and in the same thread where I have used the skill I can say that can you please convert this complete task into a scheduled task so that it runs every day at 8:00 a.m. Which means that every day at 8:00 a.m. Claude will go through my email which is my customer support email. It will find all the emails that are asking for inquiries. It will use this skill directly and also draft it on my email. This is the exact era that we are living in. If you are able to figure out a use case from your team, if you are able to figure out what is the manual task they are doing and figure out a way of where claude can be implemented, once the implementation is done, once the skills are made, once the right work tools are connected inside Claude, you can make it a scheduled task. And you can see that it says that the scheduled task for go zero inquiry replies is set up and will run every day at about 7:54 a.m. IST. I started it 6 minutes before 8. So it isn't delayed by the usual rush of the task at exactly 8 because I have few more scheduled tasks running on my this account at 8:00 a.m. It made a thoughtful decision and this is exactly what we need these AI assistants or digital assistants for. So if I go to this scheduled task, you can see that it says next run is tomorrow. These are the instructions. If I click on instructions, you can see that these are all the steps that it has defined by itself. So a six-step process for me without even me defining each and everything and it has also mentioned that go zero inquiry reply skill that you have to lower it with the skill tool. But where is this schedule task living inside your clawed account? So if you go to this left navigation bar just after artifacts you have scheduled task you can click on new task you can either select create with cloud go to your chat and ask it to create it or you can also set it up manually we created it with cloud for now I'll also show you how to set up manually let's say that I want the market research to be done every day so I'll enter the name as daily market research I'll enter the instruction that go to each and every competitor website and figure out what is going on in the market for the guild-free ice creams and healthy ice cream options and also give me a detailed report and after defining your prompt or you can also call the skill file directly here you can select the trigger now what is a trigger trigger is a schedule trigger the API trigger or the GitHub event now you don't have to worry about other settings you can select schedule you can select daily and also select your time. Let's say that I want it to be done at 10:00 a.m. daily. And you can add more triggers as well. Let's say that you are doing a promotional event for Go Zero or for any brand. You can set multiple triggers to send out the promotional emails that will be triggered based on the time. You can also go to advanced settings. You can select your connectors. For us, it was Gmail for this example. You can also select notifications. And that are all the settings that you need to do. And simply click on create. That is it. This is how you use schedule task inside cloud. And now imagine if we are already optimizing our market research. If we have already optimized our customer support for our team and it is able to go through each and every review, each and every customer inquiry and reply to it and our team is now only managing which replies goes and at what time. Now let's say that as the chief AI officer, I also want to help my marketing department and the design department. So for that claude has a very specific feature. If you go to your site navigation bar there's an option to select design and this is the setting that you get. You have slides, you have design, you have design and code base and design systems. Now these design systems are your own brand colors, own brand type components captured so that you can use the same design system to build anything around it. Let's say that you are launching a new marketing creative and this design system can help you out once you have defined your colors and everything. If you are a designer out there, you know exactly what I'm talking about and how crucial this step is. Let's say that my website is on a particular shade of red color. Then I also want my slides, my product, my marketing campaigns, each and everything to represent that same color always. So you can get started with slides in which it will create a completely detailed presentation for you or you can get started with the design system. So I'll simply go to design system and now this opens up a new prompt box for me. On the left side I can ask it to sync from GitHub. If you don't know GitHub is a place to store your codebase. You can build from connectors. Let's say that I have already built my design system by other design team and it is made on Gmail or kept on my Google Drive. I can directly import that or I can upload my brand files. In most of the cases, the company already has the brand files. So you can have it imported as well. But let's say that I am starting from scratch. I'll simply paste this prompt that I have created for my brand. I've asked it to go through my website, find each and every color, define everything, and create this brand design system for me. I'll choose sonnet for now. If you want to see the power of opus, you can select that as well. But I think for the stars, sonnet works the best. I'll simply click on send message. And on the right side you see that this is the template. You have principles, you have using tokens, you have colors, you have typography, you have spacing, you have corner radius, you have shadows and much more. Now this is something what defines the brand. Even if I'm creating an image, even if I'm creating a video, all of this should reflect. And this is the power of claw design. You can actually create your own design system for your brand. So now you can see that it has completely created a new design system for me. It says go zero. It has taken my words. And if I go down you can see we have colors, we have typography, we have spacing, we have corner radius, we have shadows, we have components, we have assets and much more. Now imagine how much time a designer used to take for building all of this. And now I'm not saying that this will completely replace the designers but this is something your designer can use to speed up their work process. It has included everything that it found on Instagram on their own website. It has followed each and every rule. Now there might be some mistakes that is why we hire our team but it has created each and every color with the proper shades and a complete detailed guide for us. It has also given me some files that I can share with my team for verification. And this is the complete overview. But what to do once my design system is created? Now this is where I'll show you how clot can follow this design system to create carousels for you to create brushes for you that actually follows your brand guidelines, not just any AI slob that is purplish in color and very weak in design. So now if I go to my new chat, I can directly ask it to use the go zero design system and help me create the brcher for me. And we'll be sharing all these prompts for you so that you can take reference from it. And then I'll simply click on enter. And let's see if Claude is actually able to use the Go Zero design system and actually get everything done for me. It says using artifacts because all the design systems that you create are part of the artifacts. And on the right side you can see that it has created the progress by itself. It will first read go zero design system. It will build A4 landscape trifold outside plus inside panels. And then it will do a check also for everything if it is working correctly and looking fine or not. And this usually takes time. But imagine if you can create marketing campaigns, carousels for your Instagram or Facebook and actually create images following your own brand guidelines. Now this is where most people miss the part of AI. There will be some kind of hallucinations and error. But imagine if you have connected your work tools like Figma and Kenma inside it. So then you don't directly get the image but the actual marketing creatives directly inside your work applications. This is the power of claude with the help of skills connectors artifacts and design systems. So now after working for 10 minutes it has given me this beautiful brusher. You can see how it is not like an AI slope and you can see that it has followed the complete detailed brand guideline. Everything is editable. Imagine if this is the starting point for my design team, for my brand team or my marketing team. They can just ask claude to ideulate or brainstorm with them and they can help using this with the help of claude design. If I don't want to select all pleasure, zero guilt and you can also see that all the text, all the copy, everything is related to my brand only. This is the QR. Now it was not able to derive everything in this design. And obviously it still needs manual work. It has taken the Instagram. It has taken few hashtags. And this is another one. And you can see that I can make changes to everything. I can change the font. I can make the paragraphs change. Each and everything. If this is something that can be done with claude in 2026, everything can be automated as well. Imagine if you have a festival season coming up which is like Diwali. And I've shared this with your design team. Now imagine the quality of work they can go through. If this is their starting point, they can make changes to it. They can ideate on top of it. And if they have their own skills, if they have their own rules that they follow. For example, our design team always follow three rules while creating these brochures, they can convert those three rules into a skill file and use the same brand guidelines. Go to claude chat and say that this is the skill file. This is the brand guideline that you need to follow and help us create a brochure. and every time you will get a consistent output. It has also mentioned this Shark Tank India which is our marketing tactics that it has included everything and each and everything. You can also download it. Everything is editable and it works on claude design. So, so far you have understood each and every basic feature of claude as well as everything that we get on the side navigation bar as well. So far we have covered all the basic stuff. We have also covered all the intermediate stuff and now it's time for us to solve the real world use cases. So now we saw how we can connect multiple connectors with our claude account which is our work tools. How we can create a brand design and also help us create brochures and carousels out of it. But what if I tell you you can actually create a video ad with claude as well. Let me show you how it is done. So the connector that we will be using for this is known as top view. In your case, you can use hickfield or any other video tool as well. If you go to connectors, so I'll enter the name as top view. And then in the MCP URL, I'll mention the MCP of top view, which you can directly go and find on the top view website. So if I go to topview.ai AI and find the setting for MCP scale and plug-in on the left side. You can see that there is a direct option to connect claude and this is your MCP URL that you can go to claude and enter it. We'll also mention a detailed document in the description so that you can follow the same guideline. Once connected inside your claude, you will see that if I search for top view, there is a direct connector that can help me establish my video ad. for your case it can be hfield or any other video model as well. So top view is your aggregator where all the video and image models are available that you can directly use. Now it is a paid tool. So if you want to create the video ad you need to have a paid subscription of top view. So in this prompt box I can directly click on this add button and upload my image of the product. For my case, it is this product and this is the prompt that I have entered a 11second vertical line is to 16 go Belgian dark chocolate ice cream commercial ad and you can see that I have referred to this image as well. You can define each and every setting. Now this is the prompt that was not written by me. I asked Claude to help me design this ad and give me the prompt. So that is me reverse engineering the prompt itself and at the end you can directly mention use top view connector and that is it simply click on enter and after some time it will be connected and it says that I'll now generate this 11second go zero commercial through top view starting with the available connector and that is it and let me show you what it has created as the first draft. And you can see that it is not perfect. But what you can also do, you can ask Claude to create multiple generations and actually combine those generations to create a perfect ad. Let me show you another version of the ad that we created with the help of Claude and Top View. And this is our ad. So now using claude and top view you can even create your product ads that you can directly publish or give it to your editor or designer and they'll make changes to it. Now that we have seen how to create videos with claude, it would be a great step if our team can edit with claude as well. So, Hyperframe is your video editor built for AI agents that can help you edit your videos end to end. Now, let me show you how it works. So, this is the Hyperframes website. You can see that it is hosted on Hunen. If I scroll down, you can see the examples created by other creators and each and everything was created inside Hyperframes, which means that none of this was created manually with any editing software. And the setup is pretty easy. So if you scroll down till the end you'll find the command known as npx skills add and the library of hijen hyperframes. Now what is npx? So npx will help you install these packages to your cloud code directly. Now the reason why we'll be using cloud code for this is because it uses code to edit your videos. So what I'll do I'll simply copy this command and go to my cloud desktop app. Once I'm inside my cloud desktop app I'll simply navigate to code. So this is the interface of cloud code. Now we'll be studying cloud code in detail later in this video. But you just need to see how I install everything from hyperframe directly inside my cloud code. All I have to do is simply add this command and say add this to my clot and simply click on enter. I'll be using sonnet model. Now why does this need the setup in clot code? Now to understand that we'll head back to our hun website. So if I scroll down you can see that it is the open-source agent for you which means that you do not need credits apart from claude to be used in this and the complete source code is available for you and if you scroll down a more into this GitHub repository you'll find each and every documentation there's a quick start and this is the same command that we have used and if you scroll down you can see that there is a concept of skills so that if you follow a particular style of video editing you can create a skill out of it and can create more videos around it and there is also a frame MD card inside your design MD which means that as soon as you edit your video you fix your template you can replicate each and every video in that style. But the question is how does hyperframes work? The best explanation is because it can write HTML for you. So it can define the video as HTML add data attributes for timing and text use these libraries like 3JS anime.js inside your own frame adapter for seekable animation. So it creates animations with the help of code. Hence editing your video with the help of code. So now you can see that inside my clot code it says that it has installed seven skills from this hen hyperframe. So you can see that these seven skills are there by default. And now I can use this to edit any video. Let me show you an example. So now if anytime we are trying to scale a brand, it is very important for us to create short form video. And every time we create a short form video, there is a huge process of editing and publishing it. So, Hyperframe can help us edit these videos within the timeline. Let me show you the first example. Let's call this a promo video. Use hyperframes to make a 8second vertical promo video for my Instagram reel. I've also entered my website and I have said that give me five different promo ideas for this and then I'll simply click on enter. So now you can see that it has given me the ideas that I can use for my real format and once I approve this, it will go ahead and create this videos for me. Now this usually takes 5 to 10 minutes. And now the best part is it will go ahead and create these five videos in parallel for me. And after 5 to 10 minutes all these videos will be ready. I'll play these outputs one by one. Now this was the output number one. Now this is basically the first draft. Now imagine if your editor is starting from this frame. Now he can play around with these videos and create a final draft around it. And similarly we have created other videos with the help of this as well. So these are kind of promo videos that you can create with the help of hyperframes inside claude. Now for the next use case of hyperframe let's imagine this. If you have launched a new product or new flavor in ice cream and then you want to make a video on it. Let us see if hyperframe can create a good-looking video that we can post on our channels. So now we have used this simple prompt. I'll simply click on enter and see what hyperframes can create for us. So now you can see that it has given me the complete idea. Once I say go ahead then it will create these videos for me. Now this usually takes around 10 to 15 minutes. And now let me show you the final output that it has created. So now can you imagine each and everything each and every animation even the product videos were picked by claude itself. It defined the complete library. It selected our own colors and then created this video for us. This is the power of AI video editing with the help of claude. Now similarly we asked it to create it for other products as well. And you can see that these are the outputs. And this process used to take a lot of time for us and even for any brand because if you pick an idea, you come up with all these animations, you do all the tracking inside your video editing tool. Now imagine if this is your starting frame. So now for the next example, think of it like if you have the video ready for you, which means the raw format, and if you want to post the edited version of it, will Hyperframe be able to create your video with the input as the video itself? Because so far we were only asking it to go to a website, pick our products, create some kind of animations and create promo ads for us. But can it pick the actual video and edit it end to end? This is exactly what we are going to show you. So you can see that I have entered this simple prompt. I have attached my sample video that I have found on the Go Zero YouTube channel. You can see that this is the video >> counting over your dieting. Ice cream cravings do not care. But guess what? With Go Zero ice creams, you can now. >> Now this is how the complete video looks like. Let me show you what hyperframe can come up with. This is a very simple prompt that we have written. I'll simply click on enter and let's see. Now whenever you are trying to edit a video it takes around 10 to 15 minutes for you to give the output and then you can also give the revisions to it. Now let's say that at a particular time stamp you find a error inside the video. You can ask claude to make changes to it. You can take the file out and give it to your editor to make changes directly as well. Everything is now editable inside claude and same can be used by a human being to make drafts on top of it. Now after a few minutes, let me show you the output that it has given to us. >> Calorie counting over your dieting. Ice cream cravings do not care. But guess what? With Go Zero ice cream, you can now enjoy your ice cream skilfree with zero sugar, 50% fewer calories, but full taste. So ding. And you can see that it has also added text and everything for us as well. So now because you know the possibility of hyperframes, let me show you another example that you can build using it. This is the complete origin story of the brand Go Zero. And let me show you with a simple prompt what it has created. In 1971, a family in Mumbai started making hand churned ice cream in a tiny shop. 50 years later outside Mumbai, nobody knew its name. Then Curr and Shaw came home with a bigger idea. Ice cream with zero added sugar. He launched it in the monsoon. For months nothing sold. Then India started ordering. Go zero. Zero on sugar 100 on taste. A pretty good output if it was created with the code. And imagine this is the era that we are living in. Everything can be done within claude itself. Whether it's video editing, whether it's document comparison, whether it is templatizing everything, each and every automation inside claude. All you need to do is bring up your skills, bring up your templates and then create automated workflows inside cloud. Now because the marketing team is all set up, we have organized each and every workflow for them. What if I want to help the HR team now to help me scale my brand and help us hire better people. Now let's move on to another level. Let's say that I'm hiring for the sales manager role and after posting the job, I'm getting a lot of rums and replies for that job role. Now this becomes very overwhelming for my team to go through each and every resume figure out the right candidate and schedule the invite for the meeting. But what if I tell you Claude can actually help you do that as well. So let's create a simple skill first because we know our recruitment team follows four to five rules before hiring. So I can enter a very simple prompt in claude by saying that create a reusable skill called go zero recruitment. This will go to Google Drive, Google calendar and Gmail. And these are all the steps that it should perform and I'll simply click on enter. I have defined all my steps which is first is find the details through resume based on the job description. Second is go to their Google calendar, check the availability, check the managers or the recruiter's availability as well and then after that also create a Gmail draft that we can send to them. Now because I had this idea of the skill already and these are all my steps and rules it can be directly converted into a simple skill file because if after this sales manager I'm hiring for any other role I don't have to define it to go to the Gmail first go to the Google drive then then go to Google calendar and then drive the Gmail this is not how cloud works this is how the general public uses the cloud but now if you want to go a step ahead you need to think of your workflow divide it into different parts. See if that part can be converted into a skill file or a direct command and then use that command as a scheduled task along with connectors. This is you using claude at its maximum capability. Now it takes around 2 or 3 minutes for creating the skill. But I'll show you what can be done once the skill has been created. So you can see that I have my skill ready. It is known as go zero recruitment skill and I can directly update it because it already existed for my case because I already built it before or I can directly download it and share it with my team members. I'll click on update so that we have the same skill file which means that even if you have created your skills or rules you can always update it with new rules. Let's say that my people team come up with a new rule that only hire for experience that is more than 2 years then I can also add that to the skill file. I'll simply go to a new chat and I have entered a very simple prompt that using this skill screen all the résumés in this drive folder. Now this is the folder that I store all of my rums and then also rank them in a excel workbook with a shortlisted above eight and also schedule a meeting and everything that is defined in that skill. I'll tell you the magic of this skill. I'll simply click on enter and let's see what Claude is able to do with the skill file. So now you can see that there was only one selection which is from Nha Kulkarni. Now this is still a demo candidate that we have created. It says that this is the eligible candidate. But I can say that yeah go ahead and schedule so that it knows that it will schedule the meeting for me. Once it is done I'll also show you my Google calendar invite. So it is validated and you can see that it is using that calendar which means that if you can think of your workflow in any organization and this is exactly what we teach to other enterprises as well in our trainings. So all you have to do is take your entire workflow or the department operations. Pick one step at a time convert that step into a skill and then share that skill across the team members. Now if that skill is already connected to any work tool then you also include that in your cloud workflow. So by that you are creating multiple agents or skills inside cloud so that you can automate your workflow and after everything is done you simply connect it to a schedule task. This is exactly how you should look into your teams departments and every workflow that you need to automate with the help of cloud. So now it says that these are the available timeline that it was able to found. I'll say that please go ahead and create it. Now it was not able to figure out the permissions for Google calendar because of my restrictions but let's see if this works this time which means that even if you have defined everything on your skill file cla sometimes needs your permissions and approvals to create certain kind of tasks and everything. So now if I go to my Gmail drafts you can see that it has created a proper email. It has also created the meeting invite for me and it has also included a Google meet URL for me and it says that your go zero interview sales manager on Tuesday 20th October 2026 and because the email was demo and we were only drafting the response then this is why we have not sent it further but now imagine if you get thousands of résumés clot takes around 30 minutes to short list the best candidates out of that rum it gives them the score find out the rum gaps and the interview questions s and your recruitment team only sits with the available candidates and with the booked time slots. It is a complete gamecher for the organization and this is actually what the chief AI officer should be looking into. If you are hired in any AI role in any organization, this is what you are supposed to do. You need to pick your workflow. You need to see the department problems. You need to pick out the manual workflows and convert that into automated workflows using cloud. Now let's take another real world use case which is executive briefing example. Let's say that I as a leader always get my inquiries and everything on different channels. Even on my team messages I get something on Slack, something on Gmail, something on different communication channels which is very difficult for me to keep a track on. So now because I know the possibility of connectors skills and how I can connect all my work tools with Claude, I'll teach you how you can have Claude as your main operating system and your digital assistant or the personal assistant that can give you reminders and also help you figure out the top three priority task each and every day. So the first step for you is to go to your customize and go to your connectors and connect each and every application that you work with. For me, the main ones are Gmail, M365, Google Calendar, and Slack along with notion because Slack is where all my communication with the team happens. And the connection is pretty similar of what we discovered for Gmail at the beginning. Only thing is you need to connect it. There is a authorization window that appears. You only need to select your account and that is it. So now I'll simply enter this prompt which says create a onepage executive briefing for management and which will give me all the updates from last 7 days from my Gmail, Google drive, Google calendar and much more. And this is the same thing that I can present to my management. I can also convert it into presentations using cloud design. So now the applications are limitless. If I am clear with each and every feature of claude and if I know my workflows inside out, it becomes very easier for me to figure out where AI can help. So now you can see that it is going towards my Gmail, my drive, my calendar and grouping everything into one page briefing. And it usually takes around 5 to 6 minutes to create this briefing report. And I can also convert this briefing report into an artifact. I can also have this briefing report emailed or gailed to the management team. And now the applications are limitless. So the main objective of this video is not to help you figure out all the use cases that you can solve, but how to actually think like a chief AI officer or any AI engineer role and what it takes to figure out the use cases and actually automate it with any AI tool or clot. And you can see within minutes it was able to go through each and every communication channel each and every connected work tour and create a executive briefing from 9 to 16th October which is for a week and give me each and everything in detail. I can also share this directly because now claude also has claude documents and then I can choose that it can be public or only people that can be invited and then I have my briefing ready. So now let's take a step ahead. Let's perform data analysis using plot and see if it can actually help us find patterns across different industries. Now let's take an example of our sales report. Let's say me as a chief AI officer have the complete reports of how my product is performing on different quickcommerce websites and apps. And let's see if Claude can help me figure out which is one of the most demanded product based on this data. So let me show you the Google Drive or the reports that I already have. So let's say that I have the sales report from Instamart, Blinket and Big Basket. Now I actually want to figure out based on all this detailed data what is my primary product that is being in demand. So what I can do I can use clot for this as well. I have this drive link. I can directly go to my chat. But before I directly import the drive link, my primary duty is to create a skill file. As the chief AI officer, I want to templatize everything. Let's say that I sit with my product and sales team and my data analysis team and figure out all the rules that are required to figure out which product in demand. So what I'll do I'll simply enter this prompt. Now I'll be sharing this reusable skill prompt with you and it defines everything that you need to extract SQU names, flavors, units sold. You also need to build the PDF brief at the end. You also need to generate business recommendations and much more. Now these were all the inputs that I received from the team and this is actually how any business operates. I can simply click on this enter button so that my team is not using this command or using this big prompt again and again. They are directly using the skill file. So now let's say that next month I also get this sales report from multiple quickcommerce websites. So instead of writing this big prompt I'll directly use that skill file. So skill files are just converting your prompts. I can simply click on update because I already created it for the demo and that is it. So this is known as go zero sq profitability. I'll go to a new chat so that I can show you a very clear demo of it. I'll simply enter the prompt and this is my prompt. Now if you watch closely I have not entered even a single line. I've only entered the command and my drive link. This is the power of slash commands and skills. Most of the people use prompts till date. They always think that the more longer prompt they write, the better claude response. But it's not like that. The more context or the work applications you connect with claude, the more templatized rules and versions you have. Everything can be converted into a skill file. I'll also tell you a very interesting insight that we have. So companies in US are now asking their own employees to create five skill file each. Imagine if you have a sales representative or any HR person and they create their own skill file which means they are converting their own workflows into individual skill file. So even if they are not available tomorrow or on leave their team can directly use those skill files to get their work done using cloud. So now you can see that after some time it has created this sales brief in the same folder for me and you can see that these are all my platforms. These are all my demo data obviously and these are all the five things that matter for me what to do next before we can judge profit. These are all the maintaining that I have to do and you can always get this research done based on all the documents and perform a detailed data analysis with the help of claude. So using claude you can upload multiple PDFs, you can ask it to find patterns, you can ask it to perform data analysis and this will help your product team as well as the sales team and you will also know that what platform to bet on and these are all the business decisions that Claude is now helping on. So we tested Claude for another real world example as well. So there are multiple brands that are running ads on meta ads account and it is always very difficult to figure out all the numbers find out all the patterns because the data is so complex that you can't even figure out which ad is performing well which is giving you the maximum rows and what numbers do you have to look into. What if I tell you claude can help you analyze that as well and there are multiple brands that you can help with the same example. So the first step is obviously to connect your medads account. So if I go to the left navigation bar again, if I go to customize, you see that there is a add option button. If I go to connectors first and then click on add button, I can click on add custom connector. So now there is no direct connector for meta ads inside cloud. But there is an MCP available. I shall remind you again MCP is model context protocol that companies create for themselves so that you can connect their product with multiple AI tools. So you can connect MCP of meta ads as well. All you need to do is enter the name that is meta ads mcp or any name and then enter the URL. What we'll do we'll also attach a direct URL or the document in the description so that you can go to each and every step in detail and it is a little complex process. So you will require around 5 to 10 minutes. So once it's connected it is going to look like this. These are all the things that you can ask it to do. You can ask it for ads activate entity ads boost IG post ads catalog. You can also ask it to refer to other competitors ads of the same product and find new ideas. Let's do a simple example. If I go to a new chat and then enter this simple prompt saying that analyze the performance data of my previous meta ads campaign by retrieving metrics via connected meta ads connector. And I'm now asking it to analyze my meta accounts for five different sections. And you can see that now it's referring to our own ad account which is the cutting ads school ad. For your case, it will be your ad account. So now you can see that our meta ads performance review is ready. Now these are all demo numbers obviously that we created for this MCP account. But if you have live running ads, this is exactly what you can figure out. And you can also ask it to give any kind of metrics for you. Imagine how useful this is for a brand. If you are able to figure out what ads are performing for your competitors, if you are able to figure out what ads are working for yourself and then based on that you are going to top view and creating a new product ad and you are also using your department skills and multiple connectors to figure out what users are asking you and then creating ads on themselves. Then this becomes your complete operating system inside Claude and this is your superpower that you are achieving as we proceed to the end of this video. Now this is not where you should stop. What if I tell you that there is a way of using clot to find leads as well. Let's say that I am the chief AI officer of go zero and I want to help my sales team and marketing team to find the leads accordingly. Now there is one very important connector inside cloud known as Apollo. So if you are into sales you have already heard about it but I'll also tell you how you can connect it. So if you go to customize, if you go to your connectors, you can directly search for Apollo. In my case, it is connected. But if you search for this or disconnect it, you can directly go to apollo.io's website and copy the API key from there or authorize it. After connecting it, this is what you'll see. And you can ask it to search for contacts. Which means that if I want to find events around my place or the PC numbers, I can use Apollo directly. And we'll also attach a very detailed document for you to follow for this connection. Now if I go back to my chat and if I already have my Apollo account connected let's see what I can do with Claude. I'll say that hi Claude for our brand go zero which is guiltfree ice cream I want to find leads using Apollo connector can you please help me out and that is it. Let's see what Claude is able to do with this simple command. I'm telling you if you are able to figure out your context memory inside claude which is if it knows your brand and if you are also able to figure out that there are skills and connectors your ability to write shorter prompt increases and the answer of claude becomes far better than the normal response. It says that what kind of leads do you want retail and distribution cafes restaurants or hotels gym or wellness brands corporate gifting or cafeterias? Let's choose gyms and wellness brands for now or I can choose retail uh cafes also and then I'll move to the next question. It says that which geography should I focus on? I'll say top five metro cities and just like that Claude will now go to Apollo, find the people for it and give me a complete detailed Excel sheet that my sales team can get started on. Now I'm not saying that these are all relevant leads that you should reach out to but these are the list of leads that you should get started with and this is how Claude is completely changing the environment and this is exactly how we help multiple organizations scale their brand. We help them recognize their own workflows and tell them how claude can be used inside them and you can see that now it's using Apollo it's planning a budget for enriching selected German capillates. Now there is a token usage in Apollo as well. There are credits usage in Apollo. So everything is a paid tool and then it works accordingly. It says that these are all the brands that I was able to figure out. I'll say that yes go ahead and just by that I'm asking claude to find leads for me and it has now become super easier and you can see that it has now started giving me all the leads. So this is the sheet that it has created. Let's see if the LinkedIn works. And this is the LinkedIn for Aka Sharma. He is building India's habit economy. Maybe a good lead for me to reach out to as a go zero brand. And these are all the people that Claude was able to figure out using Apollo. And now comes the best part of our video. What if I tell you that using this one feature from Claude, you can become the top 1% users of Claude. Which means that everything that you have learned so far, you are already ahead than 60 to 70% of the audience using clot. But there is one thing that changes everything and it is known as clot code. Clot code is your ability to create working applications using AI. And let me tell you how it works. So from the left navigation bar, if you can see there is a toggle. If I choose code, I am now inside code. And let's say that I want to build my own application or website for Go Zero. Or if I want to make a event management app. Let's say that I'm promoting myself. I am appearing for an event and I want to make an event management app that can help me store my leads, help me follow up with them and everything can be made using custom tools inside Claude. Let me show you how it works. So the only difference between claude co-work and claude code is that clot code gives you the working application or the final code that you have to share with your development team and they'll make it live using servers and cloud servers. But this is the possibility that I wanted to touch on even in this beginner's video because this is what makes you an AI builder instead of an AI operator. And let me show you a very cool example. So if I directly go to Claude and say that hi Claude, my brand is Go Zero and we make guilt-free ice creams that are healthy to consume and I now am going for a event and I want you to make a event management app for me. A very simple app which will include only three to four features that will help me manage leads that I made on that event. And that is it. Just by entering this prompt, let us see if Claude is able to make our first website for us or the app. So now you can see in just minutes it was able to create a very simple application for me. You can see that I can click on add lead. Enter the company name let's say fresh. I can enter the phone number let's say81111. And I can also enter the email which is for example ruderate example.com. I'll choose the cafe restaurant and I'll choose hot and I'll click on save lead. And let's see inside leads I have ru as a new lead. Imagine if I'm appearing for an event and I have the ability to create multiple small applications for my requirement whether it's for lead gathering whether it's for anything then it increases my ability to appear or scale my brand much higher and this is currently a normal HTML page but as you give the deployment status as you make more changes to it the more complex it becomes and you can ask it to code in any language build your software in any language and give it to your team so that they can deploy it on servers and maybe at a certain extent clot can also help you for that and if you want to understand clot code in detail we'll also share a very detailed document for you in the description so that you can get started with now let's say that all of this is pretty complex for me and it is always hard for me to keep a track on how much tokens am I spending on claude or how much my team is spending on cloud. So for this claude has a pretty new feature known as claude mods. Now this is how you can change how claude looks like for you. So I have opened up a new chat in my clot session. So now I have entered a very simple prompt that make me a clot code mod that tracks my token usage and a highlighted band above the chat box because as the AI chief officer of any organization it is very important for you that you keep a track of the token usage and after some time I'm hoping that there is a bar above this which tells me exactly how much token am I using and is also converting those token usage into Indian rupees cost. So now you can see that my bar is available that tells me exactly what the pricing is, how much token is being used and what is the context memory and currently some numbers are not visible for me. So I can directly ask cloud to make fixes to it and I'll say that the few numbers are not visible to me and the band is of dark color as well. Please fix it so that everything is visible and just by going to and fro with claude I'll be able to fix it. And this is how claude mod works. And if you have any special requirement with claude, you can make changes to it using cloud mod and actually change how your claude interface looks like. So that cloud code is not intimidating to you. And now you can see that the bar is visible accordingly. You can see the pricing in Indian rupees as well. So that's all you need to know about clot for now. And we have included each and every feature from clot that makes sense for any organization or any working professional. You now understand that you have to pick a workflow first. Figure out the manual workflow inside it. Figure out how it can be used with claude and how you can replace it with skills connectors plugins artifacts or every other feature available inside claude. Now I want you all to tell me in the comments what was the best feature that you are going to try out today. And now over to Munch. If you're watching this video till this point, I can guarantee that you are very very self motivated to build and grow in the age of AI. And I know that you will still say that an it's too expensive. Claude will you know burn all of my money. How can a beginner start? And the answer is you cannot start. If you don't have any money, you cannot build a business. And that is the truth. In life, nothing valuable comes for free. And I keep saying this in every outro of every video. If you genuinely want to build a business and be productive, you need to spend time and money into learning this tech. The learning sprints that we're doing right now with these playlists will help you refine your pattern finding skills. It will help you build your vocabulary. You will grow as AI becomes better. Because I want to make sure that at the cutting edge school, we create this revolution. We create an army of people whose real intelligence is also evolving as artificial intelligence becomes better. I don't want to live in a world where AI has become so good that humans are left behind. So all of these learning sprints will help you enter the game early and stay more aware than others because honestly it's going to be very bad if people don't learn. The entire AI economy depends on how many enterprises buy AI. Enterprises will only buy AI when they get ROI. They will only get ROI when the people working in the enterprises are educated enough. But guess what? Nobody's talking about education. Nobody's talking about awareness. Nobody is talking about how to make the human beings smarter who are using AI. So everybody is obsessed with making AI better but nobody is talking about how do we make the human beings using AI better and we want to change that. We want to contribute towards that mission. So the sooner you start your awareness compounds over time. So if you start learning today, you will pick up so many nuances and so many little little details that in the next 3 to four years, you'll be the only person with 3 to four years of experience and that will count a lot. If you want guidance on how you can sell these agents as a service or maybe start your own AI agency, we've already created multiple videos. There's a two-part series where I interviewed so many agency founders. I taught you how to start, what all do you need, how to price your work. So, all of those videos are going to be in the description. Do not forget to click on the subscribe button right now so that you can learn from the upcoming episodes as well. If you have any doubts, if you have any suggestions, please feel free to ask in the comments. Our team will help you with anything that you like. If you document your notes in the comment section of this video without using AI, you will stand a chance to win a 24,000 rupee scholarship from the Cutting Edge Academy. Details are in the description. Take care of your mind and body. This was your host Anara and you are learning from the Cutting Edge School.
