All right, listen. New developments in AI. Yesterday, I was able to get the new muse.ai feature to call AMAX for me to see if they can wave my annual fee. Now, it wasn't successful, but here's the cool part. It called AMAX, it talked to a representative, the representative said, "No, Wesley would need to be on the phone." Um and basically that ended the call. It gave me the transcript, game over. All right, cool. I'm like, "Man, it'd be nice if I could have been on that call." The next day, which is today, new feature comes out. I tell it to call AT&T. I say, "Hey, listen, I got like four or five lines. I'm going to upgrade to the iPhone Duo, you know, in October. Call AT&T and just find out my, you know, upgrade eligibility, all that good stuff, right?" It calls AT&T, it gets the AI bot, then it gets a real person, and that real person asks for my passcode. As of today, the my AI bot, the muse.ai, called me. I get a phone call on my phone from Meta. I answer it. It says, "Hey, this is your muse.ai bot and I'm on the line here with AT&T and they wanted me to merge you with the call so you could take over from here. All right, I'mma let you take over here." Click. Meta hangs up. I'm on the phone with AT&T. Now, watch this, y'all. I don't got to talk to AI bot. I don't got to go through pressing zero. I'm on the phone with the actual person, and he was blown away. He was like, "Was that an AI bot?" I said, "Yeah." He said, "Seems your AI bot was talking to our AI bot and now me and you are connected." I said, "Okay, what you need?" "Well, your AI bot couldn't give me the passcode." I said, "I got it." Gave him the passcode, figured out all my upgrade information. Now, the cool thing about that is, y'all, I didn't have to sit on hold, I didn't have to talk to AI, I didn't have to press zero. All I did is let it go and next thing you know, I'm in a basement. I get a phone call from Meta saying it's time for me to talk to a real person. Y'all, if you are not using this, crazy. Wild. You wild. I think I still got a referral code. I got like four or five left. So if you still need a referral code, let me know. We out. Peace.
