About LTX-2.5

LTX-2.5 is an open-weights world model for video generation from LTX, released on August 11, 2026, and published on Hugging Face under the Lightricks organization. According to its model card, it generates synchronized video and audio from text, image and video inputs; its use in emerging areas such as robotics and physical AI is described there as still developing. The model includes a pretrained base checkpoint made for fine-tuning on new domains.

It is also offered through the LTX API (ltx-2-5-fast and ltx-2-5-pro) and in LTX Desktop, a local video editor.
